A little boat created from upcycled glass with wooden hull and fabric top sail.
Unwanted pieces of broken or offcut glass are shaped by hand to create the raw materials for each product. They are then put into a big tumbler and churned in sand and pebbles for a week until they are smooth and frosty.
The pieces are assembled ready to start a new life, like these boats.
Made by sisters Jen and Susan aka Tumbleworn. Each item is unique, thanks to the alchemy of the tumbler. Measurements: 6 cm wide x 9 cm high.
